My name is Yampiero "JP" De Dios, and like many Latinos, I came to this country with $40 in my pocket and a desire to achieve the American dream. In this country, I had to work in warehouses, clean bathrooms, and work in restaurants until I achieved stability.

After finishing college and, contrary to the fears projected by family and friends, I began my journey as an entrepreneur. I started with a convenience store and then developed my own juice franchise, eventually owning six stores between NY and NJ.

Through sacrifice, significant financial investment, many mistakes, and years of effort, I achieved success. More importantly, I understood how the American system works, the importance of business credit, personal credit, and the power of marketing through social media. After reaching my goal, I realized that the Latino community needed access to the information I had learned over the years, and that’s when my multi-service company was born.

Like many entrepreneurs, I started from my living room with my PC, and thanks to God, I was able to grow my agency to what it is today, with more than 15 salespeople, a management team in 5 countries, and generating over $150,000 in monthly revenue. My multi-service agency led me to be invited to the White House, honored by the Dominican-American Chamber of Commerce, and helped thousands of Latino entrepreneurs start and develop their businesses.
